Trevon Layne: Junior Executive
Trev is a recording artist in his own right, and is currently emerging as a young entrepreneur. Trev has been a young participant at Aspiration Creation Elevation for many years and proposed the initial idea for a youth record label
Cherelle Grant: Senior Executive
Cherelle is an experienced expert in events and marketing and is a co-founder of youth organisation Aspiration Creation Elevation
Max Bevan: Social Media and Communication Assistant
Max is a young musician and radio show host who is active within the Bristol creative scene. Max currently runs the social media aspects of his own multi-media company – D&M.
Darren Alexander: Senior Executive
Darren was formally a successful music producer and is now co-founder and Managing Director of youth organisation Aspiration Creation Elevation

MAESTROsound provides professional music services, experiences and expertise to elevate your artistry, enterprise & experience. They pride ourselves on being a one-of-a-kind not-for-profit music studio.
Making Tracks is a life-changing music-making experience for young people in Bristol created by ACE, Basement Studio, and The Trinity Centre. Offering support to young people to take the first steps into their music making journey, which is funded by Youth Music.
